Dear Brothers,
TWIN HUTS SHARES ON SALE AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE
Since TWIN HUTS LTD was incorporated in the year 2006, the company has grown tremendously and as at the end of the year 2013, the share capital stood at Kshs. 28,800,000/= accumulated on sale of 288 shares each having a par price of Kshs. 100,000/=. However, on valuation, her assets value stood at Kshs. 83,616,678/= which in essence meant that each share had a market value of almost Kshs. 300,000/=. Coupled with the intention to make the price of the share affordable to many more Old Boys; the 2014 AGM approved that each share be split at the ratio of 10 for every 1 and each be sold at a price of Kshs. 30,000/=.
